This course provides an in-depth exploration of the fundamental principles of satellites and spacecraft design. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of various aspects related to space systems engineering, satellite subsystems, mission analysis, and the entrepreneurial environment of the global space industry. The course will equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the unique challenges faced by space companies.

The course combines theoretical studies with practical examples from the industry that clearly demonstrate the studied subjects.

  • Engineers who are developing solutions related to satellites that would like to obtain a thorough understanding of the satellite operation.

  • People with engineering knowledge that would like to test an idea or a modification that have that utilizes satellite.

  • Experienced space and satellite engineers who would like to refresh / update their knowledge.

Training format:

The course includes 40 study hours, comprised of 5 meetings of 8 hours each. All weekly meetings shall be held on Wednesday, starting 17 January 2023. All meetings will begin at 9:00 (IL time) and will end at 17:00 IL time.
